I attended a Senior Tournament in Woodstock a few weeks back with local teams as well as teams from Brantford and Waterloo...there was a Junior team from London playing up...they won their first 2 games by 40+ and the finals by over 25.....

Which London junior team was in this senior tournament?

I would be curious to know - especially since I find it hard to believe a junior team would be that good.

The senior teams from Waterloo are pretty strong - SJAM, BCI or SDCSS - so I find it hard to believe this junior team won the tournament.

What were the other participating teams?

STA Juniors 1 Year, 2 Months ago
The junior team is from STA.

Not sure of the team names but it was the CASS Tournament in Woodstock...it was a bit funny prior to one of the games the Junior team was given a technical for excessive dunking in warm ups!

STA? St Thomas Aquinas? Oakville? Brampton? Can you be more specific as to the school name and city they're from.

What senior teams were in the tournament?

There are a few local junior teams that could beat some of the weaker senior teams in the region so just curious who they beat?

Yeah, STA is the best junior team in London (currently 3-0 in league). They would be up there with the top K-W teams most likely.

For comparative purposes, a junior team that many local teams have seen is HB Beal---STA won 65-31 against them in league.

Good for STA juniors! Who did these kids play their club ball for? I remember seeing a club team from London win the championship at the Brantford OBA tourney 2 years ago when they were Major Bantams - they were good and only in grade 8 at the time!
